So let’s recap:
Healthy living can either be a Date or a Process. If you have a date in mind that you say, this diet ends in two months then finally I get to have my soda and ice cream. The healthy habits that you are learning are obviously not going to be longterm.
But if you change your state of mind to think of healthy living as a process then you will be far more successful. You will begin to be healthy now. Healthy people make healthy choices every day.
Healthy living is not about self discipline, deprivation or pain. It’s a new identification.
