Ultimate List of How to Increase Your Milk Supply

I recently lost my milk supply and it has been a very difficult challenge for our family. My 5 month old still refuses to take formula {I think I’ve tried 5 or so different kinds}, yet we’ve been struggling for about 2 weeks now to bring back my milk.

I’ve done all of the herbal stuff {like Mother’s Milk Tea, Motherlove, Full Vitamin B, try to reduce stress, drink gallons of water, take hot showers, etc} as well as tried to pump after every feeding, feed her as much as she isn’t frustrated at the breast. I’ve even gone as far as having a prescription from my doctor. The side effects are not what I’d like {extreme sleepiness, nausea, dizziness, irritability, etc} but I’ve been trying really hard to do anything I can to bring back my milk.

Well along with all of this stuff, I’ve researched out tons of great articles that talk about how to increase your milk supply that I want to share with you!
