My hubby and I love watching football together! But it wasn’t always that way.
When we first got married I really didn’t like football; I didn’t understand it and I didn’t understand why guys had to watch it so much!
But all that changed when I realized football is good for my marriage!
Let me share with you 9 reasons football is good for my marriage!
- Only wholesome show on tv these days
- Let’s be honest. Not much is good and wholesome on tv these days. Except football. There isn’t any swearing, nudity, adultery, or violence. I love being able to sit down with my hubby to watch football and not have to worry about anything crude.
- It makes my hubby happy. And that means A LOT to me.

- it lets me be passionate about something he is passionate about
- I love football because I feel more connected to my hubby! It’s not this thing that comes every Fall that I HATE. I actually like getting involved so I have a basic understanding of ‘one of his loves’.
- it’s an awesome date night
- It’s simply awesome to watch…
- Uh, need I say more?
- Fantasy Football is a healthy marital challenge/ game
